Care instructions:

1. Before using it for the first time clean your pan with hot water and normal washing-up liquid. Then dry it well and grease the inner surface lightly
2. Heat the empty cookware over medium heat for a short time and then brown the food on both sides
3. The final cooking is carried out on a low heat
4. Do not leave your pan or pot unattended for a long time while you cook a meal in it
5. Please note that unsuitable fats and oils will burn if the temperature is too high and leave black residues on your cookware, which will be difficult to remove and will adversely affect the non-stick properties. Butter and margarine contain water, salt and milk protein and therefore burn quickly
6. We recommend using a medium heat of approximately 160 degrees Celsius for good cooking performance and therefore well suited for losing vegetables etc
7. Since integral diecast handles or stainless steel handles will become hot during usage, use a dry, thick cloth or oven mitts for handling these at all times
8. Your cookware and pans will become sparkling clean with hot water, washing-up liquid and a sponge
9. The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher, however, we don’t advise cleaning in the dishwasher for a long life
10. Check the bottom and the glass non-stick cooking area for traces of dirt
11. Do not use any metal products or abrasive chemical cleaners to clean the non-stick coating
12. The overheating may damage the non-stick speciality of your product
13. Mixers or electric hand held beaters should not be used in any product, permanent damage to all surfaces will be caused
14. Do not cut any food directly on the non-stick surface
15. Not oven safe
16. Do not heat an empty pot or allow a pan to boil dry
17. Do not overheat as otherwise this will spoil the non-stick action
18. Avoid using sharp or pointed objects
19. Use kitchen aids made from wood or heat-resistant plastic
