This is an all in one premix for producing volume, long shelf life egg free sponge cake with increased softness and crumb structure.

The formulation contains specialized cake flour, Cocoa Solids, emulsifiers, sugar, salt and milk protein.

Ingredients:

Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Solid Starch, Dextrose, Raising Agents (INS 500 ii), Emulsifiers (INS 471), Stabilizers (INS 412, INS 415) & Iodized Salt Contains Added Artificial Flavoring Substance (Chocolate).

RECIPE:

Goodrich Egg Free Chocolate Cake Premix – 1 Kg

Water – 550 ml

Edible Vegetable Oil – 50 gm

Directions To Use:

1. Add Goodrich Egg Free Vanilla Cake Premix in to water at slow speed for one minute.
2. Then mix it on high speed for two minutes.
3. Add vegetable oil slowly and mix it for one minute at slow speed.
4. Place the batter in to mould and bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170 C – 180 C.
