Not your traditional quilting mat, these are specifically sized to create deep and wide grooves in your fondant, gum paste, or modeling chocolate to create the illusion of a real waffle cone. Use the smallest size for little desserts, like lemon wafer cookies or shortbread biscuits. Hand wash in hot, soapy water. Lay flat and dry.
