4.06 MM EXTRA THICK HEAVY GAUGE: The 4.06 mm extra thick base and sides of the Kadhai (Deep-Fry Pan) spreads heat evenly and retains heat well. The curved sides make it ideal for deep-frying and stir-frying. Food tends to not burn or stick on the hard anodised extra thick base.
COOK WITH LESS OIL: The round bottom has two important functions: it allows you to get cooking depth with a minimal amount of oil, and the curved body spreads the gas flames and the gases well, heating food quickly and evenly.
METAL-LADLE FRIENDLY: The protective hard anodised surface is 2.4 times stronger than steel. So you may use metal ladles for cooking in the Futura Hard Anodised Deep-Fry pan with complete peace of mind.
